Items that are stated as Pickup Only will need to be picked up from our Unit by Appointment Only. This can be done by contacting us by one of the following –

Shipping
Shipping is on a 3 – 5 Day service
Small and Light (0-2kg) Products are shipped via Hermes and Royal Mail
Large and Heavy Products (3-25kg) are shipped via DPD (if not available another courier will be used)
We can ship products that are Pickup Only via pallet delivery. You will need to contact us with product and delivery postcode for us to quote a shipping price.

If the couriers are unable to deliver the item due to nobody at the delivery address and the item is returned to us the delivery cost will not be retuned.
Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us to obtain a return number.
Items Shipped by Pallet will not be included in free retunes.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refund Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
